How to Join the Celebration

To view all available room categories and start your reservation, please contact us here or email us at Weddings@GlitzyTravels.com. We will provide you with the full list of options and the group booking link to ensure you are included in the wedding block.

To ensure your trip is as smooth as a Caribbean breeze, please take a moment to review the important booking details and deadlines below.

Important Dates & Deadlines

• January 31, 2026: Deadline to book your preferred room category. A $250 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.

• March 15, 2026: Final payment is due. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Zelle.

• March 25, 2026: This is the "no turning back" date—no changes are allowed after today! All changes must be made in writing prior to this date.

Traveler Checklist

• Passport: Double-check those expiration dates now! Passports must be valid up to 6 months past the travel date.

• Traveler Info: Ensure all names and birth dates match your passports exactly.

• Flights: Once you’ve booked your airfare, send us your flight details so we can coordinate your rountrip airport transfers.
